Tried negotiate after offer accepted. Not a decisive buyer.

This buyer wasted my time waiting for him. Initially he agreed to meet between 6:30-6.45 which I obliged. After 6.45 still no show, I've told him repeatedly I will wait five more mins and he still did not turn up. I left at 7:15 pm(I waited total of 45 mins) and he still had the cheek to ask me to meet him when he arrived at 7:20 and blamed me for not waiting. Deal at your own risk! Ps I did not recv any payment from him at all so this meetup was a total waste.
