You didn't make any deposit payment n come take delivery on your promised date. Whereas the other buyer is more sincere n come to view n make full payment to me n take delivery of his purchased safe. I can't keep the safe forever for you to decide as I am moving house soon. Also why would I reserve my item for you at discounted price when the other buyer can pay me full n come n make full payment n take it away? If you are in my shoe, you will sell it to whoever can pay full price.

Surely the buyer once he has found a cheaper n better buy from other more honest seller has the right to back out of the deal. I will be a fool to pay more to this seller for a used tamper when I can buy a cheaper n newer tamper from other more honest seller.
