Had a pleasant buying experience with seller. She is friendly and polite. Item was mailed out promptly. Very reliable and efficient 👍 Thank you for your patience babe. To add on..Seller was so nice and sincere. She had compensated me for the lost mail with another one awhich was my fault due to wrong address I gave her. Really appreciate her kindness... very nice and sincere seller. Please support her. Highly recommend seller 👍👍👍
Bought a Sephora gift card claimed to have $10 inside from her, but was extremely disappointed to find out that there was no value in the card today :(
*have given goodwill full refund, as item is still with buyer, not possible to check validity of buyer's claims* / / / / / / / Thank you for editing your feedback into a negative one. As it has been a week since you received the card before reporting the problem, I have emailed Sephora with the card details, to allow them to check on the card since it is supposed to have $10 value inside. I will give a refund once it is confirmed you received the card with no value inside.
