The seller responded immediately to queries and also sent the Robot kit on time. Have issues only with the kit. Most of its help files are crap, typical China made quality issues and compared to Sparki (from Arcbotics), it has very little basic features and you need to topup to get features like Grippers etc. Unfortunately Sparki is out of business.
