Easygoing buyer

Fast and decisive buyer that can confirm and deal within three days

[Warning] Buyer offered, I accepted, we arranged meet up time, then told me “might need to postpone” due to working OT. After that, they never gave me confirmation about whether need to postpone, and never told me the time they postpone till. After I warned them told them the above, buyer confirmed they bought the item from me when they didn’t. Is this a scam?
