The seller is prompt to send out earphone. Brand new one received per listing description. Product wise the sound of the earphone is not very good. Listening to vocal tracks and the highs become cracking/distorted sounds. I think that's why this earphone a failed product from Echobox. Will try to burn in for some times to see if any improvement. But an interesting product as got tuners to play

Thank you for the smooth & quick deal, and initial impressions. The compact titanium-body Echobox Finder X1 needs at least 50 to 80hrs burn-in to sound best, and also has 3 included interchangeable filters (bass, neutral, treble), and a range of ear-tips, to allow you to tweak the sound to your taste. And all this for only $20! Hope you enjoy the sound better after burn-in and filter/ear-tip experimentation, thanks
