Thanks for coming by to return the item and for your patience 🙏. My apologies for the tardiness — I’ve been tied up with caregiving duties for my toddler. The refund was made on the spot and acknowledged. Glad we got this sorted, and wishing you better luck (and better finds!) on Carousell.

Sree, I need to clarify a few points. I did apologise to you the moment I met you, & explained that I was late because I had to look after my child-not out of disregard. As for the stand, I mentioned it came as part of the packaging, not from.the company. You also tried to knock off 30% off my stated price, why continue to paint an inaccurate picture or use cheap words. I have made a full refund.

Everyone has family and I left my kids and came.you sold me the product at the price you want and not at the price I asked for.. even if you have given me for free it's of no use as it's a faulty one with wrong stand and I spent more than your concession to travel twice .You never had an intention of apologising..you are more worried about product checking as if I have damaged in the meantime,which u should hv did before selling. In spite of all these you gave me 1 rating..thats your attitude..
