FAKED PAYMENT. she changed her feedback for me to negative after seeing that I gave her a neutral one? squishies cost me $17 to buy. the defective squishy was an extra. envelope was brand new, trying to ruin my rep?

Buyer shows interest on the item. We then went to exchange addresses and that day was 13/march/2015. She then announces that she has mailed it on the 15th March. Yet, when it was already 20thMarch, I have not received the mail:(( Maybe she couldnt accomodate and wanted to backed out but she didnt want to show that she is not interested in it anymore. Perhaps you can tell me that you want to backout instead of lying and I will just accept it? Please be more aware next time.:))
