Very upset buy the item without checking it thoroughly as we trust the seller then turns out the phone is broken he said the battery is 90 percent but turns out it is only boosted and the battery life is too low..and now not responding to my msgs

Sorry that you experienced that, in my post I had it mentioned battery was changed from normal mobile shop, I personally didn’t change it myself. If there was an issue you would known on first day, not after a month, maybe the battery wasn’t good quality, as it was changed by normal mobile shop.
Patient and courteous,answered all queries promptly,even helped us move the treadmill downstairs

Bought TV, was told warranty till April 2024. Seller gave delivery note & an unfilled warranty card claiming its as good as warranty. Went back, checked w/Samsung, they said its not true, warranty is based on invoice date & without a invoice there'll be NO warranty. I requested for invoice but seller rudely refused to accept this reason, kept insisting delivery note is warranty. Hence, no warranty

You still have been given a warranty card, which you shall fill it up by yourself. The delivery note/paper can be used for the warranty purpose. The tv was checked by you prior to buy and given at a very low price. And you still unsatisfied. Gentleman you was given an option to return it back to me very next day and after checking it, I agree to give you back your money. But you did not chose that option aswell. Good luck
