Seller is fast to respond which we appreciate. However, we’d valued more integrity in the transaction. Sofa was not even in satisfactory condition-parts of it were sunken due to broken internal cushions & there’s paint stains. It wld hv been helpful if these issues been disclosed beforehand. Ultimately, we chose to honour the deal & took the sofa, but this will serve as a lesson for future buys.

Dear Buyer, I’m sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the sofa after viewing and collecting it. Regarding the stains you mentioned, they are on the back side of the sofa and likely caused by wall color transfer, which I believe can be addressed with stain-removal sprays. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback and hope you can resolve the issue easily. 🙏😊
