next time you sell something, be honest enough to tell if it's working or not. i paid $500 for a product that i cannot use. you know very well that the very day we traded i contacted you again about the issue, but you didnt bother to atleast cooperate. i know in anyway i can get back my money back. i hope you can sleep well at night knowing you cheat someone.
