The seller is honest and trustworthy, I will bet my life on it. The product Sennheiser cs60, the best in its class, no doubt, I own a lot of headsets, this is better than plantronics, Jabra, logitech..the voice clarity is top-notch, every word that comes out is crisp and clear and so comfortable to wear for long hours. I own 2 units of the same headsets, because of the quality..

Defective item. I was told the headset had no issues or flaws even if item was secondhand. Was able to test the item 1 day after the item had been delivered when I finally had the chance to test it in an online meeting only to find no audio on the left ear. Such a stressful exchange with the return process, ended up not getting a replacement nor a refund 👎 Waste of money.
