Great communication

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I received. Although I shared a past negative experience I had elsewhere as a concern, she handled it with genuine goodwill and professionalism. She reassured me that their team would deliver quality work and went the extra mile to provide consistent follow-ups, ensuring everything was on track.

1 toilet done well another ok only.Worker sat in middle and left middle space out to do the next moment. So other dry parts quite neatly done but middle part can see a square shaped shadow.Overall 4 outta 5.Thanks

A bit disappointed to receive 4 stars review after you assured me of a 5 star review. If You’d mentioned the toilet floor touch-up, I Would've fixed it with full heart and dedication - I always take pride in finishing my work properly. I wish promises were kept as sincerely as i keep mine..

Very pleased with the overall result. The worker who carried out the job was extremely efficient and great at his work. The sales team was also very helpful in arranging for the job to be done just 2 days after confirmation and deposit payment. The end result looks great, and the team’s workmanship was top-notch. Thank you!
