Seller was impatient throughout the sale and assured me the robot was in good working condition. After testing, I found the water pump was faulty—the dirty water stayed in the tray instead of being pumped into the dirty water tank. When I reported the issue, the seller denied any fault and blocked me. Very disappointing. Buyers, please exercise caution.
