Unfortunately the item doesn’t fit me. I asked the seller before dealing on what is size on tag and she said it’s 38, when in fact when I received the item it’s 39 :-( I asked for a refund and I can sense she’s apprehensive and uncooperative until now. It’s been days already and she doesn’t read my chats.

I told you my daughter sized is 39 but it doesn't fit and small for her. My sized 37-38 kasya. If 38 ka ,kasya Sayo. Maybe Hindi mo carry Kya you want to return it? I didn't reply because I don't want to argue with you. Lahat ng bumili sakin happy Ikaw lng nagreklamo. I told you money back guaranteed if may damage item ko. Brand-new Yan Walang damage. Hindi mo lng nagustuhan ibabalik mo? Sana sa mall ka na lng bumili!

The seller is friendly, easy to deal with, and sells genuine pre-owned things. She is incredibly responsive and helpful with my several inquiries. The bag is still in extremely good shape, 9.5/10.Thank you.
