this has been my worst carousell transaction ever. the package took almost 2 weeks to get to me bc it was on hold. the seller left it there without making sure it was packed properly & had no urgency to follow up whatsoever. the box arrived flat bc there’s no bw. seller offered to refund sf but it’s been a week & she hasnt yet. so many excuses. ive been understanding but this is unacceptable.

i explained how it was the courier's problem and not mine, i paid them to add bbwrap and they didn't, so i dealt. i also explained how typhoon kristine affected us so if you think that's my "excuse" then oki, the problems you're complaining about were out of my control but atleast you got your item :)
