Shawn is very encouraging and knowledgeable! He is able to gauge my energy level for the day and adjust the training such that I will feel the ache the next day, but not so much that I cannot do anything the next day. as I have previous injuries, Shawn is able to adjust the training plan to strengthen the weak areas and avoid aggravating the past injuries. trained 5 mths so far, highly recommended
