Seller was helpful, easy to contact and coordinate with. Transaction went smoothly, the product was delivered 1 day after seller's dropoff. As for the product received (Chroma Harp), it arrived safely and in the conditions shown by the seller in pictures/videos (although it does need a bit of restoration and restringing, as expected)- seller was not misleading about the condition of the product.
