Terrible to deal with They Made offer for the free item which I accepted, they then kept promising to pick up for 10 daybut never did despite living down the road 8 bus stops away and me saying anytime can come pick up the hand carry good. Can’t pick up then don’t make offer If claiming to be super Busy and cannot pick up then don’t waste peoples time….. we are all busy without this nonsense

decisive but reply super slow. ordered grab express, sent me screenshot that eta is 6.17, didn’t update me that the eta changed and didn’t reply until long later. after confirming that she received product next day, went MIA for few days again & didn’t press order received despite me sending multiple messages. nice person but difficult buyer.
