My little one will love this dinosaur book. Reasonable condition since I understand it’s heavily used, no issues. Would probably give more detailed instructions on pick up location but we got there in the end

Thankfully we did. SG postal codes tells us the exact block number within an area and maps usually direct to them accurately (taxi/grab drivers use them often). Apologies I assumed the postal code and lift lobby meet-up directions given were clear as no other qns were asked in our chat until the actual time to meet-up. Nonetheless I appreciate the feedback and will state my block number/nearby landmarks clearly to avoid confusion for future deals :)
