I made 2 arrangements to deal with buyer. 1st time waited for him at the meeting place and msg him numerous times with no avail. He replied a few days later and said he was hospitalized. I gave another chance and arranged to meet him today, but he still didn't turn up despite my msgs to him. I urge all buyers NOT TO DEAL with him.
