Bnbn is very professional in cleaning. used to have water marks on my marble floor but now no more. She also spend extra efforts in cleaning hard stain in my toilet. Entire house clean and smells good. Highly recommended.

Communication was clear but helper arrived 1 Hour late. Her cleaning was good and I would have given a 5 star if she had arrived on time. I paid full eventhough she only cleaned for 2 5 hours. I already have plans and can't wait for her to finish the next 30 minutes. I paid her full because this is the 1st time, but of course if this repeat in the future I wont be paying full.

Not satisfied with service. Grime still there.Language issue. Not honest,payment miscalculated by me.She knew,not corrected having time to do so.Even at end of service day still had instructed helper to collect with over calculated amt.Helper Insisted & cash only.I recalculated as per her ad to her.Then only confirmedVery difficult to have her do ‘Offer& Accept’ process, claimed did not know how!?
