great buyer. paid for delivery as well

buyer decided to give me 1 star rating for no fault of mine. Buyer choose to meet up instead of carousel delivery then say lives too far, ask me if it is ok to cancel. I'm ok with that. Then she ask if I can do delivery at $3.6 which only applies to Carousel delivery option. Singpost charges me $6.20 and I told her the charges. She say ok then now give me low rating. 好人没好报。

Buyer was nice and entire transaction went smoothly. Thanks for buying, hope to deal again :)
i dont give low rating but regret that i bought the item. 1- 20 mins late hence unable to check as I have other appt which seller was aware 2-the post stated 'like new' but was so disappointed as in reality, it looked heavily used. The pictures i took dont lie, lid and base so many scratches. The screw bottom of the frother itself starting to corrode. Unfortunately, only 3 pictures can be uploaded.

Dear buyer, thank you for purchasing, despite the long wait and appreciate for honoring your words to purchase from me. Thumbs up 👍for the speedy replies and also meeting up as promised. Once again thank you for supporting csyblogshop!
My first bad experience on Carousell. Such a shame. I deal with her a AirPods, she did not tell me that it is unusable! She gave me an unusable AirPods with a broken charging cable! Don’t trust this seller.
Apple Airpods with Charging Cable

No option for no star otherwise I would. Buyer has slashed price down to only $45 for apple Airpods, expecting a new pair with tip top condition. Then arranged meet up location, didn't show up. I accommodated again to meet a 2nd time, he was late. Then he's not satisfied with the airpod, which I have never had a problem with. I agreed to refund him fully and appreciate it if he can return the airpod. He again didn't show up, didn't bother to inform. Very bad experience with this buyer.
