We willingly accept this honest and accurate review. Though shoe condition at point of sale was exactly as mentioned in listing,thus buyer willingly bought the shoes,we were alerted the next day regarding the shoe that it had crumbled slightly.We give our sincerest apologies but it is out of our control.Since the pair was authentic and it damaged due to user after point of sale we are not able to provide any compensation or refund.Hope buyer understands from our perspective…
