Collected the staghorn without issues, but immediately on the train ride, many ants started crawling out of the bag onto the seat and my clothes. It was an infestation and I rushed home to soak the plant to get rid of the ants. Thousands of ants emerged and I cannot use the plant. 1 day later my bathroom was infested with ants and they created a nest. seller did not try to resolve my dispute.

When I handed over the staghorn fern at the MRT, there were no visible issues raised during collection. However, I understand that the plant has since been soaked in water and washed after it was collected. prolonged soaking of the fronds and mounting board can damage the plant and may lead to rot or decline over time.As the plant has since been subjected to treatment after leaving my care, I am unfortunately unable to determine its current condition or accept it back for a refund.
