Seller was dishonest. Stated item was BNIP 10/10 no defects despite using twice before. Paid for item > $RSP only to get disappointed by the bag came with multiple stains. At best this is 7/10 condition only should be sold at 50% of the price. She refused to refund even tho it’s her mistake, only refund 20%. Deal at own risk with dishonest seller. Just my luck 🥲

Despite clearly stating that item had no tag and that it was “like new” condi with no visible stains or tears but claimed to find stains that were not present when i mailed. My T&C clearly state no refunds are provided, as items can sustain damage/stains in transit/through mishandling by buyer by making payment U agree to the t&c. Despite this i offered a generous 20% disc out of goodwill, but was still not happy. Buyer did not ask for further clarification or conduct research before buying.
