Although the transaction went through, I must mention that this buyer’s lack of communication and apparent rudeness, combined with his failure to take responsibility for getting lost along the way, made the experience less than satisfactory

Seller stays in condo. But does not seem to know the roads beside the condo. Lazy to walk from front gate to rear entrance which is only 1 block away. Seller is Rude and arrogant and lazy. WANT TO DEAL, PLS BE NICE. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE COME ALL TH WAY FROM MRT TO YOUR CONDO THAT IS 1.2KM AWAY. SELF ENTITLED PERSON. It's unbelievable that you stay in your condo and don't know your way around your own place ! You act like foreigner in your own home. Unbelievable....
