Went to collect the powerbank, paid in cash. Seller looks like an honest boy. Went back home tried the power bank, turns out to be faulty. Contacted him, said he will come and refund me the next day but no response when I message him on the day itself. Please sell items only if you have tested them and verified that they work. Thank you!

Be cautious when dealing with this person. Insist for payment before meeting up. Accepted offer, confirmed deal location and I showed up and waited but he went MIA twice! Both times I pm to reconfirm timing but no reply.
