First I saw on the pic on phone is look abit old, but there are mention brand new set, so I think maybe only the outside is look old. So I bought it. And today I get the parcel, and open it, the plastic was abit open and inside the pencil was abit dirt.but after I wipe with wet tissue it's okay. So far ok, for me still can accept:)
