seller was rude and unfriendly when we did not wish to disclose our contact number and prefer to deal on carousell app only.

You wanted to change the pickup time, could not pick it up personally but your proxy did not want to reveal a tel number. I explained that as it was during working hours and the carousell app is buggy i would not wait if your proxy was late. You suggested to call off the deal and I said ok. This was a free item and I gave enough concessions. Entitled buyer (can't even call you a buyer as item was free) with the gall to leave someone a bad review when she was being cheap and unreasonable.
