Seller was dishonest about item being complete with all parts. When I asked about missing pieces. The seller tried to convince me I had all the pieces & that it can be connected without. I explained that it doesn’t work without & sent photos of what it needs. Although the seller tried to help & offered refund if I brought it back to her only. I was still disappointed that I was misled & lied too.

Tried telling her how to fix the gate but she still cannot do it. Even showed her the videos from youtube. I even offered a refund and sent the gate back to me but she refused. So i really don't know how else to help.
