留貨後放飛機，不回覆，沒禮Asked for item to be reserved a week in advance until they return to HK on 6 Oct. When follow them up after 6 Oct for exchange, ignore message even when read. If you have made a an offer and now want to rescind on it, try to at least have courtesy to admit and apologise?
