The buyer was too opportunistic for getting the discount. He asked for an another discount (refund) after pick-up of the item citing a defect which I was not aware of. I offered him instead I would go to his place right away for return of the item at my own time and expense and for a full refund. After this counter offer, his nagging message disappeared. Very unpleasant experience.

I was told I can test the product before bringing it home, after travelling to him, I wasn’t allowed upstairs to test and only the lobby where there was no way to test for dead pixels. So I could only trust his word. He did not test the product properly before selling stating no defects. You repeatedly said no defects but I can provide video proof of the dead pixels anytime. Refund was offered if I could return with the EXACT way it was wrapped, I had to ofc open it to test so how could I?
