I apologised and explain about the condition & situation of the item, but you insisted on a full refund (which is totally absurd) when the item is wearable & can be fixed easily! I even gave u a discount when I bought the item for almost rm200++! Seems like someone just wants a free treat 🥲😪 first time ever having such an experience on Carousell, & I’ve been here for 4 years!

Seller was very patient, clear and understanding. Very easy to converse with. Items came in condition as the picture, seller even extra bubble wrapped the item so it could be preserved. Highly recommended!
