Rude seller/buyer , insulting my friend , make offer and disappear for very long time . Bad attitude

Make offer and nego the price , promise make payment but disappear for like few months , next he comes again and did the same thing , totally worst back out buyer 👎🏻, I’m welcome you to ask anything you want but not the way you play like a 3 years old kids. Be careful to serve him , totally wasting time 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
