OK! Chair arrived in about 2 weeks as promised. Goods arrived in good condition and quality. Seller is very cooperative and helpful during and after sales enquiry. Feel free to enquire more on the model and specification with seller, as for the max series that i ordered has few differences as compared the US specifications. Overall the usage in these past 2 weeks, the max series offered broader build and denser foam/seat, the big castor wheel will be advantage if you are using carpeted floor.
