Wanted to purchase and confirmed a COD time and place. Even asked me not to forget the COD which I didn't. I sent her a reminder a day before just to confirm and then no word from her. COD schedule came and passed the next day and still no word! Seems like she was the one who forgot. Don't waste other people's time if you are not serious.
