BUYER BEWARE Bought a pair of Jabra earphones ($175) from this seller. They were faulty on arrival - the buds didn't power. I reported this within 48 hours. The seller delayed, denied responsibility, then stopped responding entirely. No refund, no replacement, no resolution. I offered to return the item for a refund and received no reply.

Item was sealed when delivered. There is no way to verify the claim by buyer from the pov as seller. Would the item by swapped with a faulty one, we also wont know. Upon checking with carousell, the buyer also did not dispute the transaction within the specified timeframe, hence the transaction was completed.
