Makes an offer, I accept. Then asks me to keep for one week. He is MIA after. Then, comes back to arrange deal, cancels just prior to each time, 1-2 hours before. Also, rude over messaging. In the end, nothing sold. I wouldn't deal with him as buyer or seller if I were you.
