Item arrived broken and falling apart but was properly packaged so clearly item was damaged well before listing! DO NOT BUY FROM!!!

Bag was cheap $30.00 well under price paid! Item was sold as used condition .. Buyer paid $15.00 postage while I paid the rest... Then Buyer was trying TO SCAM A REFUND! Telling me the Handle of bag was coming apart.. I took pictures of the handle's prior to posting, buyer changed her story to bottom off the bag?? ??? Really now it's the bottom of the bag! I have pictures also of the bottom of the bag & it wasn't broken..!!! Please!!!
