Terrible experience with this seller. Not only was the $570 shelf they delivered very different to the one in the glossy picture they claim to sell, it also arrived water damaged, rusty and with a split in one of the shelves. Not able to have a rational discussion about the issues, they only offer excuses in response. In the end they offered a $50 discount and to paint the rust! The item looks so different to the picture and doesn’t suit my decor (totally different in design!). Do not deal with!
As mentioned, It's not stainless steel, may get rusty if sea water touches. It is very rare, however we are willing to solve any problem if it really happens during the long shipment journey unfortunately. Even though only the nut got rusty,we still offer to go down to do the touch up for you. We have confidence in the product and our customers are very happy with this item that they have purchased. We believe overall of the item is very nice and hope it makes your house bright:)
