came late at almost 930pm to pick up fridge though explicitly told to come before 9pm. didnt bother to leave a message that they will be late as well causing some inconvenience to coordinate.

buyer was worried that they might not receive the item after payment which is understandable. however, despite constant reassurance and confirmation, buyer was extremely impatient and would repeatedly rush and question me. wouldn't have mind if buyer used a nicer and more polite tone instead of such an accusing tone as if I would bother to waste so much time to cheat their money.
