I purchased a speaker expecting it to work but it arrived defective, the sound is really bad! When I contacted the seller for a resolution, they refuse to issue a refund or replacement. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the seller became confrontational, blamed me, and even resorted to rude remarks! It’s clear she has no intention of treating customers fairly! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!!

Buyer was quite persistent & demanding. Requested a refund/return even after opening & using the item,which was brand new & sealed upon delivery. Claimed dissatisfaction with the sound quality something subjective & not due to any fault or damage.Item was delivered in good condition,properly sealed and unused. I don’t believe the return request was fair given these circumstances. Please provide evidence of any rude or inappropriate remarks.I explained my position clearly and respectfully.
