Very dishonest seller, deal at your own risk. Lied about the dress being brand new and stain-free. Item turned out to be filled with makeup stains. Offered to resolve by requesting a refund and mailing Dress back to her, yet she's ignoring my messages. Have requested for Carousell to suspend/ restrict her account. Good luck to those dealing with her in future.

Passive aggressive buyer who complained about the stain ONE month after the purchase. Pic proof she sent showed a light concealer stain on a small spot. Buyer exaggerated about it being "filled with stains". Fyi I don't use foundation/concealer so it's impossible I caused the stain. Furthermore I double checked it before mailing out. I don't have to lie to you for $12. I didn't even charge you for AM mail. I gave you my word. Up to you to think what you want. I didn't ignore, I alr explained.
