Hey don’t be a sore loser just because I was late. Had already informed u prior. U tried many times to ask for $5 discount so don’t be a cheapskate. Your Daughter checked the jacket. If she thinks that it wasn’t as described could have rejected on the spot. If you are insistent on your response, feel free to come and refund. Once done, we can move on and change the negative feedbacks.
If you want i can send you pics. Please tell me why did you mention as NEW when it was used many times. Check your listing and see what you mentioned, have taken screenshot as well. There is so much of pilling near hand and other places which usually comes when you use heavily. Please note all these cant be checked when taking on the spot.

Buyer arranged for meet ups at short notice, postponed and turned up late without informing me, then accused me of trying to cheat him.
