I paid since 24/09, costs me a lot of money. It's mid Nov now & I still don't receive my items!! There was no update AT ALL until I asked her on 19/10 she said items stuck at customs. Then went missing/offline for weeks long! Her excuse was phone got attacked by virus, ok but can't you check Carousell on the web?? 🙄 You know well there are many buyers waiting for your reply. Now still telling me the items stuck at customs!? Stuck for how much longer sis!? Until kiamat!? What a way for excuses!!

Tell me that the item is stuck at kastam and will refund if it takes too long. But, until now no update and not even a reply. And I'm waiting since August, how long I need to wait more? I will change feedback after everything is done smoothly😤

Over a month after payment, receive nothing yet. No reply strt from 2 weeks ++ ago. This seller cht me first to join her batch and i settled payment right away since she said it was the last day to pay! If u can't get my item then return my money lah 😬

Bought something from her months ago.And when I asked them when am I going to get my items,they'll just tell me an estimated date,and when that day finally arrived they told me it's delayed again cuz it's stuck in custom.Told me her friend is going to korea to get my item but later on say they bought it from resellers.You should have asked for my permission about getting my Item from a reseller instead of your friend.Left this as a neutral feedback cuz you've refunded the money you've owned.

Saya ordered with him/her a lanyard like an official lanyard by EXO and it's the cheapest that I found but bukan jumpa la dia yng pm dulu bila saya buka Want To Buy on my page. Dah sebulan do tak smpai lagi. Like come on la takkan kiamat smpai dulu baru lanyard saya smpai dahla ringan takkan la delay. Kata sebulan fine saya tunggu tapi agak la smpai tak reply weh. Aku dahla student siap tak makan for a few days sbab nak lanyard. Would edit balik kalau ada a better explanation for this.
