seller gave wrong colour for switch but offered a goodwill discount. before buying, she said that it includes warranty. however, even after multiple reminders she does not want to reply / send the receipt for the warranty registration.

I didn’t know there were different colours to a switch device and i think it’s also basic courtesy to check on your end if the device was okay to you. But you only checked it when you reached home and asked for me to refund with collection. Out of goodwill, i marked the price way down low to what you have originally offered instead. I did give you the warranty in the end, only because i couldn’t find it. Not that i didn’t have it on hand. Even so, you didn’t even change your review.
