this customer took AGES and DAYS to reply to me. they were vague on whether they wanted to proceed with payment and despite me pressing on kindly, still no reply. the seller raised unnecessary issues in the review that was NOT stated b4 (n i had no control over as the shipping company) and expected high class wrapping when the books arrived in perfect condition. ur own reviews r self-explanatory.
The book you sold me is used eventhough you advertised and claim as new. I have evidence because the first page has a name, "Ashley Phang" on it. You lied to your customer! You harrassed me to give you fast answers during emco and harassed me to give you 5 star even before sending the book to me. The book came damaged and you claim it was good condition due to your flimsy one plastic envelope wrapping. You should be ashamed of selling used books as new books!! Cheating customers
