It was great transacting with Mae. She is nice and very easy to deal with. She made sure to answer all our inquiries and listed down our requests and relayed them with the owners. She was the one who processed all the necessary paperwork which was a big help. She was also present on the day of our move in and even helped with moving of some stuff. Highly recommend!

She was also very accommodating with our additional requests pertaining to the rent, furniture & appliances, and the processing of any requirements or rfid cards. Overall, she made the whole process easy and hassle-free.

FYI there is no damage. When this item was bought it was just assembled and not used. I personally monitored the pull-out. You didn't even book people to carry the item. I asked help from the building maintenance. The driver didn't even know how to carefully place the item to the vehicle and I even instructed how to do it since he did it wrong at first. Just don't know during the duration of the transport since he didn't tie it. I was even considerate to less the delivery cost with the price.
