FYI there is no damage. When this item was bought it was just assembled and not used. I personally monitored the pull-out. You didn't even book people to carry the item. I asked help from the building maintenance. The driver didn't even know how to carefully place the item to the vehicle and I even instructed how to do it since he did it wrong at first. Just don't know during the duration of the transport since he didn't tie it. I was even considerate to less the delivery cost with the price.
