Buyer quite fussy please be warned as even I could not tell when I bought the item new there could be anything wrong with it and it hasn’t been used. And I bought for $103 she only bought for $35 and made me pay for her postage even. She wanted a refund and accused me of being dishonest just because due to not giving in I’m sure she didn’t give me a good review so I’m also doing the same.

Buyer will create any story she can to make it look like her accusations are correct. At the time she reported she called motherswork the stores already closed. How can that be true. She didn’t even bring the actual shoe to let them check. Please when I’m telling the truth and you want to bend it to a lie there is no way I’m gonna win this.

I’ll let everyone be judge. It’s a Carou-hell experience for us but a lesson learnt. 1. The soles were glued back to its base. Glue was visible all over the base of the shoes. Very clear that someone manually glued it back. Such was not stated on the item’s description. 2. Seller suggested to check authenticity with Motherswork, which I did & they replied that they do not carry this model. 3. Seller suggested to resell the item & refused refund as her post stated no refunds. Buyers beware!
